Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in Field Service.

  • The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.

Responsibilities:

  • Have a good knowledge on all technical aspects that are related to your work segment.
  • Serves existing customers by analyzing work orders; planning weekly travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
  • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Using the SFDC.
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Able to communicate actively on high standard with our Principals that helps to solve difficult service cases and to introduce the ideas in field services.
  • Interact positively with the sales team trying to guide them to offer the optimum instrument in the special applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Will be leading the Technical Sales for Valve Products.
  • Will need to be in-front of client End User 50% of time, building relationship.
  • Choose and evaluate properly the right price quotation for the valve products.
  • Manage properly your time and organize the planned visits (however at least two -three daily visits)
  • Good conceptual thinking ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers regarding proposals.
  • Proficient in generating new business.
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
  • Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records.
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.
