Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably with specialization in Marketing
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in branding including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
  • English language fluency in both written and spoken
  • An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing
  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Communicate company’s vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Propose marketing plans and budgets for the assigned brands in order to achieve or exceed the brand objectives
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Participate in organizing events/exhibits to positively present our brands
  • Study the market to analyze the competition and provide reports
  • Align with all departments/teams to better serve the brands (i.e. Finance, Sales, Supply, etc.)
  • Develop effective campaigns
