Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • Good English command both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Very good communications skills
  • Attraction to details request
  • Very good in setting priorities and time management.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Researching potential vendors.
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
  • Negotiating quotations and pricing.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Follow up Purchase requisitions & Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices).
  • Coordinate with the requester, finance and treasury department to finalize the signatures needed
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Prepare reports based on purchasing manager requests
  • Responsible for Admin Requests and supporting our branches with all the admin request
  • Supporting all the different department in our company through their needs and requests.
  • Negotiate contracts and deals with the suppliers to gain the best deal of all the suppliers.
  • Doing a comparison between the suppliers’ quotations to get the best deal.
