HR Operations & Services Coordinator1/16/2024

Job Type: Full Time | Experience needed: 1-2 Years of experience

Location: Cairo, Egypt  Category: Human Resources


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in the HR field
  • Very good user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc…)
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regularity
  • Strong Communication / Teamwork / Problem solving skills.
  • Good Data analysis and follow-up skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department with clerical support
  • Assists in the hiring and termination documentation process including forms (1,2 & 6)
  • Review, follow up and monitor employees’ absence, leaves, missions & permissions on the HR system and respond to employees’ inquiries and requests
  • Follow up on Medical Insurance Additions, Terminations, approvals & claims of the Medical Insurance
  • Act as the company representative in the labor law office, social insurance office, etc.
  • Assist and support in the employees’ visa Issuing Process
