Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities

  • Responsibilities:

  • Design and administer competitive compensation structures, including base salary, variable pay, and incentive plans, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to align with our business goals and strategies
  • Compare benefits and compensation plans, job descriptions, and salaries through data and cost analysis by Conducting regular market research
  • Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance and other employee benefits
  • Ensure the company’s benefits program remains compliant with policies and laws and that accurate records are kept for all employees
  • Participate in the annual HR budget plans and update them quarterly
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits metrics, including salary structures, pay equity, benefits utilization, and cost analysis
