  • Bachelor degree in engineering fields (Preferred Mechanical /Electrical majors)
  • 3 to 5 years work experience preferably in Process automation
  • Product and Application Knowledge – Interpret type keys, identify Valve & pumps vs spare parts, kits vs motors, Actuators Positioner and Accessories, identify where product is built (not essential).
  • Have a good knowledge of inco-term & different payment conditions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend internal sales training.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Qualify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers’ application and operational needs.
  • Prepare customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, commercially verified, offering the best all-round solution.
  • Follow-up on quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales.
  • Negotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority.
  • Answer customer Clarification.
  • Provide technical solutions and benefits.
  • Provide after-sales service to customers.
  • Attend customer meetings as required, including customer site visits.
  • Ensure activities are carried out inline with agreed departmental KPIs.
  • Make sure to attend all the online training sessions, abroad & trainings to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, including new products as and when released.
  • Other responsibilities as reasonably required.
