Qualifications:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Fluency in English Language spoken & written.
  • 3-5 years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Familiar with Gulf region sourcing platforms is preferable
  • Experienced in Headhunting methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong team player
  • Organized & meticulous

  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own strategies to acquire talent and grow our employer brand by leveraging social media, career sites, networks, professional sites, etc. based on our company talent needs.
  • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition including but not limited to talent sourcing, interviews, assessment, selection, on-boarding and exit proceedings.
  • Directly interfacing with Hiring Manager identifying staffing needs.
  • Maintaining a pipelining of candidates, in order to reduce time to hire.
  • Managing Onboarding & Employee orientation including logistics & training.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure optimal candidate experience.
  • Maintain communication throughout entire process and positively represent our Company.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Stay updated and well researched with talent acquisition trends.
  • Creating compelling and creative content for company’s social media, blog, and various recruitment platforms, in close cooperation with Marketing.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives to increase retention and advocacy among employees, as well as running talent attraction campaigns.
