  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in external communication, media relations, or public relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the media landscape and experience in building and maintaining media relationships.
  • Familiarity with digital communication channels and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software.
  • Understanding of corporate social responsibility and sustainability concepts is a plus.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
  • Draft and distribute press releases and media materials.
  • Enhance the organization’s external reputation.
  • Create engaging content for press releases, media pitches, articles, blog posts, social media updates, speeches and other communication materials.
  • Identifying key areas of focus, such as environmental sustainability, community engagement, employee well-being, or responsible supply chain management.
