Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communication, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans.
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and change management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
