Qualifications:

  • BS.C Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Service field.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft office.
  • Fluent language skills in English (Writing & Speaking)
  • Has the analytical thinking for problem solving
  • Ability to travel locally to visit customers
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Responsibilities:

  • Have a good knowledge on all technical aspects that are related to your work segment
  • Serves existing customers by analyzing work orders; planning weekly travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
  • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Using the SFDC
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Able to communicate actively on high standard with our Principals that helps to solve difficult service cases and to introduce the ideas in field services.
  • Interact positively with the sales team trying to guide them to offer the optimum instrument in the special applications.
