Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in recruitment, with 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organization and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of TA Specialists to achieve recruitment targets and objectives at the group level. and overseeing their daily activities and performance.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage the candidate evaluation process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Team to drive continuous improvement activities to reduce time to fill, cost per hire and increase candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Own and enhance the employer brand, ensuring it accurately reflects the company culture, values, and employee experience.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to create compelling employer branding materials, including job postings, career site content, and social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in employer branding to continuously improve the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
