Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, or a related field, with demonstrated success in leading engagement initiatives.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
  • Experience in conducting and analyzing employee surveys and using data to drive improvements.
  • Experience in managing and planning events and initiatives that enhance employee morale and culture.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with business objectives and promote a cohesive company culture.
  • Conduct regular assessments of internal communication needs and develop targeted content for various internal audiences.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of communication initiatives with organizational goals and values.
  • Design and implement innovative initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee involvement.
  • Oversee Employee Recognition and Reward Programs to Highlight Team and Individual Successes.
  • Oversee and manage "Connect," our internal communication platform, ensuring it is regularly updated with fresh and relevant content.
  • Coordinate employee training on effective use of "Connect" and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and engagement metrics of "Connect" to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate regular surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather employee feedback, assessing internal communication effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and execution of internal communication plans during crisis situations to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
  • Oversee and manage internal communication responses to unforeseen events, ensuring comprehensive employee support and timely information dissemination.
