Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling
  • Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Preferred to have skills in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Responsibilities:

    Financial Planning & Budgeting
  • Assist and support company-wide financial planning processes related to budgeting and forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including long-term planning.
  • Set up budget templates, consolidate and validate data, and manage financial models to support accurate reporting and analytics.
  • Handle the majority of financial planning and analysis tasks through the Oracle EPM Hyperion system, ensuring efficient and accurate use of the platform to support all FP&A activities.

  • Performance Reporting & Variance Analysis
  • Assist in Preparing monthly financial performance reports company-wide, highlighting variances between budgeted and actual figures.
  • Analyze annual budgeting and monthly reporting related to SG&A (Selling, General, and Administrative) expenses, ensuring proper execution of SG&A allocation processes.

  • Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning
  • Build dynamic financial models and forecasting to simulate various business scenarios and provide actionable insights ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.

  • Financial Analysis & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze financial data such as revenue and expenditures to ensure that operations stay within the budget.
  • Support decision-making with scenario analysis & Sensitivity analysis
  • Assist in developing and tracking key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), including creating ad-hoc reports and analyzing data for different departments
