Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business
  • 5–7 years in trade marketing or retail execution
  • Strong knowledge of shopper behavior and trade channels
  • Experience in activations, promotions, and visibility execution
  • Analytical, negotiation, and project management skills

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage Visibility! Execute retail plans, audits, and POSM deployment.
  • Activate Trade! Lead in‑store activations, sampling, and events.
  • Expand Coverage! Onboard outlets and optimize route‑to‑market efficiency.
  • Boost Conversion! Drive demo days, promotions, and shopper engagement.
