Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR/Business (Master’s or certifications preferred)
  • 5–7 years of L&D or talent management experience
  • Experience with Assessment Centers, IDPs, and leadership programs
  • Proficiency in LMS and e‑learning tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

  • Responsibilities:

  • Plan Strategically! Conduct needs assessments and develop long‑term learning strategies.
  • Design Programs! Oversee impactful learning initiatives across functions.
  • Develop Leaders! Create leadership journeys, coaching, and mentoring programs.
  • Integrate Digital! Manage LMS, e‑learning tools, and SME Academy.
