Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–1 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HR! Facilitate processes and redirect correspondence.
  • Manage Records! Maintain filing systems and employee databases.
  • Support Employees! Issue HR letters, contracts, and insurance forms.
  • Track Attendance! Monitor absences, leaves, and permissions.
  • Ensure Compliance! Align with labor laws and update HR policies.
