Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Problem‑solving skills and adaptability

  • Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales! Track performance indicators, compile reports, and monitor sales goals.
  • Manage Leads! Record sales trends, delegate leads, and provide data to the sales team.
  • Assist Customers! Answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on orders.
  • Handle Administration! Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and support executives with admin tasks.
