Qualifications:

  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support or coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Detail‑oriented with a customer‑focused mindset

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage Orders! Process sales orders accurately, track delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support Sales! Collaborate with the team to generate leads, prepare proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Maintain Records! Keep accurate documentation of sales activities, orders, and customer information.
  • Generate Reports! Create analytics on PO cycles, delivery dues, and money collection.
  • Provide Admin Support! Coordinate promotional materials, events, and external admin tasks like registrations and tenders.
