Job Type: Full Time | Experience Needed: 3–5 Years in Engineering/Service Support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in service or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and PowerBI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently or in teams
  • Integrity, adaptability, and willingness to travel occasionally

  • Responsibilities:

  • Handle Quotations! Qualify customer requests, prepare accurate service quotations, and follow up with clients.
  • Support Customers! Respond to inquiries, provide technical advice, and coordinate installation/repair schedules.
  • Ensure Compliance! Maintain CRM records and align with trade compliance and quality management procedures.
  • Collaborate Across Teams! Act as mediator between sales and service, attend meetings, and communicate delays or issues.
  • Develop Professionally! Attend training sessions, support pricing strategies, and align service activities with KPIs.
