Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting department.
  • 1-2 years of experience in same field.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring inventory transactions & maintain accuracy for stocktaking process.
  • Review and document inventory and purchases.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
  • Reconciles finished goods inventories.
  • Accurate record and update existing and new purchased goods.
  • Take the lead of transactions (checking quantities, location, etc.)
