Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electronic and Control Devices or Technical college.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Good English (Speaking & understanding).
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be Saudi.
  • Must be registered in Saudi Council of Engineers.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Installing new machines at customer site
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for our machines at customer factories
  • Service visits and emergency visits to customer to repair breakdown machines and run customer production line
  • Handling service contract visits with customer
  • Handling spare parts and service visits quotation to customer
  • Create spare parts and service orders in CRM and follow up the delivery
  • Provide technical Support and Demo for sales team
