Qualifications:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Professional HR certification is strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English Language, spoken & written
  • 3+of years of proven work experience and knowledge of organizational behavior, organization design, and performance management
  • Proficient in all MS office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving & coaching skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Critical thinker, self-motivated; and proactive

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Annual Performance process, including continuous improvement of strategy, process, forms, tools/resources, communication plan, and timeline.
  • Evaluating and partnering with management to resolve interpersonal and work-related problems and meeting with supervisors and managers to determine effective mediation techniques, such as coaching, job skill training, or intervention.
  • Reviewing, updating, and revising job descriptions for all positions in the Company
  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Creates and updates Organization Charts that reflect changes that occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, etc) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
  • Assisting in creating all HR policies with respect to the Egyptian Labor Law and market best practice ices.
  • Design or implement engagement surveys to gather insights and measure the engagement levels of employees.
