Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English language, spoken & written.
  • Work Experience 5-8 years of corporate communications and media relations
  • Content Strategy and Planning Skills; Story-telling skills
  • Strategic communication skills with strong and good writing skills to craft Press Release, Media FAQs, CEO messages, internal and external comms Events Management
  • Great planning and execution skills to deliver by set deadlines
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills to interlock with various business units
  • Confidence to interact and engage with Senior Leaders

  • Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute corporate communication plans to effectively communicate the company’s purpose, values, growth and operational model, and client and employee value proposition.
  • Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising, and other vital departments
  • Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises
  • Draft press releases and speeches following organizational news
  • Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits
  • Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices
  • Coach and assist team members in improving communication skill
  • Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies
  • Support to coordinate critical enterprise communications to assure information is released on time to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure present required sustainability and corporate reputation.
  • Support the Group MD in collaborating with business leaders to streamline, coordinate and improve communication with all employees.
  • Oversee all communications associates.
