Warehouse Management System Specialist5/14/2023

Job Type: Full Time | Experience needed: 3-5 Years of experience

Location: Cairo, Egypt  Category: Operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 3-5 years proven work experience in Warehousing.
  • Fluency in English Language.
  • Established warehouse supervisory expertise.
  • Ability to retrieve, analyze, and input data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse software application packages and Microsoft Office proficiency.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the resources management in the implementation of the warehouse’s action plans.
  • Responsible for the filling system and follow-up on maintaining the filling mechanism and system.
  • Report any damages that occurred for the stock.
  • Implement the rules of warehousing based on the specific commitments and the requirements of the service level of agreement.
  • Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
  • Control and organize storage and inventory space.
  • Maintain records, utilize specialized reports, and document relevant information to calculate warehouse ranks.
  • Implement new methods, processes, and improvements.
  • Consult and organize activities with other teams and departments.
  • Develop and implement all strategies effectively as well the action plans.
  • Manage and operate the monthly action plan for the team under his supervision.
  • Supervise the team through action plans to implement the service level of agreement.
