Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Comp. Engineering/Information Systems or otherwise have a proven experience in the support and implementation domain.
  • 2 years of experience in software support, maintenance, integration, and customization.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, databases, and system integration concepts.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project members to gather the requirements and develop implementation plans.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to understand product features, configurations, and customization options.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software integration and deployment.
  • Conduct product training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of the solution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including implementation guides and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning and scoping activities to set realistic expectations.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance of the product during the implementation phase.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
